We clarified each of them below: Return: In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product to our address within 14 calendar days of your purchase.(Please check our address at the bottom) The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way. Your product must be in the original packaging. Your product needs to be together with the receipt or proof of purchase. It is possible to exchange the product you’ve purchased only once.(Do not forget that shipping cost will be covered by yourself.) Refunds: After we receive your item, you will be notified that we have received your returned product and we will inspect it. If conditions are met and if it is eligible for refund, we will initiate the process immediately and you will be notified. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase you’ve made. For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
